Sparks Engine is not a chat tab and not a girlfriend app. It is a personal AI companion with real voice and lip-sync, plus a 14-persona working Council. Both, on purpose.
Concrete capabilities. Live pieces are live. Roadmap pieces are labeled. Nothing here is “AI magic.”
One companion, not a feed of strangers. Electron app. Cloned Sparks voice. Real lip-sync on a talking figure. It sits with you the way a person would: remembers the thread, talks out loud, does not reset every session.
Discord-based working team. Each seat has a real name, a real role, a distinct voice, and a Grok-CLI brain (not a costume prompt). Kairos runs the room. You can put a job in front of Strategist, Director, Oracle, Body Steward, and the rest, and get a department answer instead of one generic chatbot.
Session summaries, a milestone ledger, and a KV brain so the next conversation starts from what already happened. Companion products die when they forget. This one is built not to.
Stay-with-you presence (voice, lip-sync, memory) and get-the-work-done agency (Council, skills, Grok brains). Confirmed as both. Empathy with no job is a dead product. Tools with no relationship get abandoned. Sparks Engine is the pair.

Mini-Me
Most “companions” are text with a skin. Mini-Me is a talking presence: cloned voice, lip-sync, one character, local-first Electron. Ten minutes of voice a month on Free so you can hear it. Sixty minutes on Lite Voice. Unlimited on Pro.
The Sparks Council
This is the roster from the operating files, not a moodboard. Jesus, Krishna, and Quant exist as candidates and are not sold as part of the 14.

On purpose. Voice minutes are the expensive meter (ElevenLabs). Lite Voice is a cheap daily-talk step. Pro undercuts the $20–$50 companion band so a few hundred people can actually start. If usage COGS says otherwise, the price moves in the open, not in silence.
No. Raphael is an invocational depth advisor on the Council. Sparks does not employ a licensed clinician in that seat. Body Steward (Imhotep) is the operational wellness lane, inside Sparks’s BS Nutrition and RYT-200.
